30-Day Returns
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email info@welcomelane.com with your order number.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Ship the item back in original packaging.
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund including return shipping.
Refund Method
